Здравствуйте уважаемые!
Извините если не по теме. Я новенькая. Есть такой вопрос . Моему Мч жена не дает развод . Все пробывали -через три года может даст ,может нет. :twisted: .Вопрос-как жить гражданским браком другого выхода нет. У кого есть опыт подскажите. Знаю ,что много проблем .Что она его может в супружеской неверности уличить и штраф ему дадут. Я за себя волнуюсь . Как хоть визу временную получить после трех месяцев . Домой мне вернуться нельзя ни на один день .Тут муж бывший -ужас просто.
Про полицию опять же-забрать могут жена накапает его ,что я проститутка :oops: . Он говорит многие живут. Как и что просвятите :shock: Спасибо!

меня больше интересует как живущие в Турций люди в гражданском браке, избегают проблем с полицией. Особенно девушки.

Тамара, мне кажется проблемы с полицией у вас и так возникнут,- о каких 3 месяцах вы пишите? Вы на каком основании находитесь в Турции? По закону вы можете находиться только 60 дней ( 90 из 180) по безвизовому режиму, ничего продлить вы не можете (виза вообще не продлевается, только ВНЖ), поэтому у вас будут штрафы при выезде и последующие проблемы при въезде в страну. Я вам советую сначала позаботиться о вашем законном статусе нахождении в стране, а затем рассматривать личные проблемы. Или у вас какие то другие условия (рабочая или ученическая виза)?

я просто хотела совет на каком оснований я могу находиться в Турций чтоб жить без особых проблем с полицей . И поросить поделиться опытом людей.

Тамара, Вы невнимательно читали форум

турки живут- да, иногда если не расписаны, но они граждане одной страны и проблем с выдворением не возникнет ни у одной из сторон.
И в своем большинстве, если турчанки соглашаться на такое - этот факт скрывается от родных, даже если обе стороны имеют за плечами опыт брака.
Ваша ситуация еще усугубляется связью с женатым мужчиной, поэтому поводов чтобы выдворить Вас из страны, если все откроется, может возникнуть больше - чем просто нарушение визового режима.
Кроме того, что Вашему другу при разводе наложить огромный штраф, если раскроется его измена, есть еще большая опасность
- по заявлению его жены в полицию, Вас еще могут выдворить из страны за разрушение турецких семейных ценностей, даже если Ваша туристическая виза будет еще в силе.

Гражданский брак - это когда люди расписываются в Загсе и им в паспорта штампы ставят. Без венчания.
С венчанием - полный брак.

То что сейчас многие называют "гражданским браком" - внебрачное сожительство.
